"It's been lovely, I always come for a week, beautiful people, amazing surroundings, great weather, a killer sound-system, and the local people have been very welcoming... It's perfect, being on a peninsula surrounded by the sea you really feel that you are on a festival site but you don't feel enclosed. So if it is a bit full-on you can walk across to the village, lie on the beach, hire a boat or go for a swim... How it all began...
By 2005 The Garden Zadar had already established itself as one of the best loved and most musically adventurous additions to Croatians nightlife and culture. So much so that the owners of the Pinija Hotel in the nearby village of Petrcane approached us about taking on an event space which had been dormant for some years.
