Leonard Hamilton has been a DJ and promoter for over 12 years, trying to push the musical boundaries, but still keeping the the dance floor shaking and vibe moving.
His music taste really is anything goes ... the Cure, the Specials, Roy Ayers, to Jazzanova...... deep house, dubstep, hip hop, rare groove, 80's soul, jazz funk, african beats and old school treats,
sprinkled with some old and new reggae.
He was also responsible for one of the biggest party nights in Birmingham, ( Lovethelife) back in the day.
Leonard also promotes his own monthly club nights called Openmindedpeople, and Organic, in Birmingham, Manchester, London,Barcelona & Berlin, and he’s also had the pleasure of DJing
for Leftfoot and supported Gilles Peterson, Roy Ayers, Jazzie B, Massive Attack(DJ set) Mark Rae, Black Beard, Moodyman, Una Bombers to name a few...
